Continuous Improvement

About Us

The vision of the Continuous Improvement department is to aid in developing a data-driven culture in Madera Unified to improve student outcomes by providing: rapid and accurate data analysis, efficient business processes, and by raising district analytical skills through the use of the latest technologies and methods.


Using the values listed above, the Continuous Improvement department intends to achieve its vision through the following: good hiring practices, solid training plans for new and existing staff, proper prioritization and vetting process, improved inter-departmental culture, improved cross-departmental collaboration, assisting in building capacity of others, and rapid development of analysis. The vision, value, and methods will be reevaluated every 6 months to ensure alignment with the Board's goals.

Public Hearings regarding the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP), Budget Overview for Parents and the Proposed Budget for the Madera Unified School District will be held before the governing board of the district at Madera Unified School District Board Room, 1902 Howard Road, Madera CA 93637 on June 9, 2026 at 6:00 pm. The proposed budget will be available for inspection at the district office, 1902 Howard Road, Madera CA 93637 on June 4, 2026. Any member of the public may appear and be heard concerning the Local Control Accountability Plan and any resident of the district may object to the proposed budget or any item in the budget.
